The Orange course results have been altered to remove the affected legs and also the course length adjusted for the rate per km.

Planners’ comments
Thank you all very much for the many kind comments and we are delighted at such a huge turn-out. We were rather nervous about taking responsibility for an event: this was Carlos' first and Chris's second attempt at planning and we enjoyed it, even if the courses you ran were about version 10! We learnt a lot. We hope you enjoyed the changes of direction and pace on green and blue and that the orange competitors liked being taken well off the paths at one point (though it should not have been too difficult to follow the streams).
Sincere apologies to competitors on green that the course printing obscured a fairly vital path from 12 to 13 - one of the disadvantages of pre-printed maps, especially when (Chris in this case) had not checked it carefully enough. Sorry.
It was also a shame that control 10 (no 103) on orange was moved - we found it about 50 metres away and put it back, but only the last few on orange would have found it (apart from the group which pounced on Chris as he was putting it back!). Congratulations to those of you whose good navigation found the tape, even when the control was no longer there.
The leg has been removed from the results, but we hope it did not spoil your enjoyment too much.
Thanks to all the helpers - Andy, John, Claire, Rob, Peter, Anna, Andrius and as always Peter and Jaquie - and for the strong encouragement and support from so many.
